Install OBS.
Go into the settings and turn on Replay Buffer.
Set the time to 180s or something.
Now OBS will always record the last 180s of whatever you have it focused on and you can just press a hotkey to save it as a clip.
Trim the clip to whatever the relevant part is and now you can create clips of livestreams as they're happening.
You can also use this to create soundposts too of course.

Had a dream where I was classmates with Rosemi in school and I was too autism to talk to her even in my dream.
