Yeah one can even look at the JP branch state to see its not all that different with their first 2 gens:
Fubuki - active
Matsuri - active
Haachama - limited due to school
Mel - barely active, partly due to roommate activities
Aki - hindered by getting into injury/accidents
Aqua - barely active
Shion - barely active
Ayame - barely active
Subaru - active
Choco - active

Fubuki and Subaru basically carry their gens with Matsuri and Choco backing them up while the other members aren't reliably present.
