I think multicoin 2x is the best middle ground between speeding up buys and not absentmindedly throwing money away. It doubles the amount of coins you can buy/how fast you can buy the coins for a 25% cut. 3x multi sounds good too but 2x just makes the math easier to work with
I know this only applies to poorfags who need to think about their trades to not be broke by tuesday, but spending the extra 55% seems excessive to me, even if I had the money to burn

I'd say it's either x5 or x1 in most cases. If a coin is currently worth buying at extra tax, it's a coin that will rise in value, so you will want to buy as much as you can while it's still low.
If you buy slowly, the price will just rise over time.
You can then reduce the multiplier once you start losing interest.

I pushed it pretty far. Set 8 coins on Buy 5 for 4 hours and burned through about 4m in liquid and 4m in credits. It would NOT be difficult to accidentally your entire account if you left it on overnight. You're basically paying double on the coins in fees if you 5x it. If you're looking to increase your net worth or profit off of the coin you're buying, this feature is completely useless and you should keep doing 1x buys around the clock in most cases. If you're trying to capitalize on a really big dip on a coin you know is going to moon later, it might let you edge out some extra profits, but you're probably better off just buying twice as much with 5 times the time invested.
2~3x is helpful for making up cycles that you lost or will lose. If you're the type that oversleeps adjustment or goes to bed and has to turn off their computer, use 2~3x to make up for the lost cycles and maybe a little extra.
4~5x is for the deranged oshicoiner trying to capitalize on their oshi being on discount. Nobody else will find use in cranking it up that high for any long period of time. You lose too much money.

If you had over a thousand, probably. That's a difficult example because she went so high and got so many overflow views the next few days that she couldn't fall fast enough for it to matter. Her graduation announcement video alone kept her over 20k for almost a month. With the current formula only channel deletions produce the kind of moons that would justify it IMO. The other exceptions are things like EN2 moons where an abnormal figure is leaving a weekly average and you want to maximise profit before it does. In the past the better answer would be to just buy the dip but with overbought that isn't as effective.

I've been memeing about avoiding taxes, but it might genuinely be beneficial for you to superchat when you get a particularly strong windfall or good profit. Scaling multi-trades the way they currently work seems too extreme to me. 2x is optimal for a lot of dips but anything higher only really works for edge cases, todays examples being Iofi and Kanata, as the graph clearly shows.

Hello there.
Let's talk about Taxes and Profit Margins.

For those unaware, these are the tax rates on Buys/Sells. All of these have been tested personally using a rigorous scientific process.
>Buy 1x - 5% of Ask (There is no tax for Selling just 1 share)
>Buy/Sell 2x - 20% of transaction total
>Buy/Sell 3x - 30% of transaction total
>Buy/Sell 4x - 40% of transaction total
>Buy/Sell 5x - 50% of transaction total 49.9% but you'll see in a moment that really doesn't matter
Volatility seems to treat every transaction as one tick, meaning whether you buy/sell 1x or 5x, the transactional volatility only moves for 1 tick in either direction.

The minimum increase you need at all ever to at least break even on your investment is 5%. Obviously.
As you buy or sell more at once, the minimum increase needed to start seeing a profit increases as well. Buying multicoin, however, has a significantly lesser impact than selling multicoin. Buy 5x and Sell 1x, for example, only needs a 50% increase before it sees profits, making it ideal for oshicoiners looking to capitalize on deals or long-term investors, especially in high-profile coins that are likely to be very volatile on a downward adjustment. Meanwhile Buy 1x/Sell 5x needs a 110% increase to start seeing profits, making it brutally inefficient for anything but quickly getting emergency liquid in bulk. Want to go absolutely mad and both buy fast and sell fast? You need a 200% increase to break even. A coin has to more than triple in value to give you profits when you Buy 5x and Sell 5x.

tl;dr: Buy Slow and Sell Slow for maximum proftits, Buy Fast and Sell Slow for long-term investments, and Sell Fast only in cases where you need emergency liquid.
