They get the concept of overlapping streams wrong. It is mostly a big event that overshadows a small stream. That's why you shouldn't stream during that event. So if Kiara kept on streaming Zelda people would probably leave her stream to watch Ina.

They have stream schedules that were approved my management. Just because they setup their own work hours doesn't mean it's not work. They literally work for the same company in the same line of work. It's work. They're getting their hours in per the accepted contract to stream a certain amount per week/per month. I'll be honest, I've watched the branch for a year and nothing I've seen indicates to me that they plan their schedules out with regards to each other. Any consideration for others streams seems to be done purely on personal initiative of the streamer, with some avoiding overstreaming and some frequently overlapping. They also stream over JP events semi-regularly.
