On one hand, someone can say that you are shy and soft-spoken. You are considered by them to be kind and friendly

Yet on the other, some will claim that you are a backstabber and that you "PURE EVIL"......most especially because you made someone cry.

So the question is:
How can you really identify a person's true nature?

>> No.9523274

>>9523173
People who are neither autistic nor schizophrenic nor retarded will find it rather easy to distinguish between "good" people and "bad" people.
Unfortunately, /vt/ is filled with people like you, who are some mix of the three categories above.

You can never do that

Dennis Rader (the BTK killer) was married to his wife for 34 years before she found out the shit he was doing. His son was literally put on suicide watch after he found out what his dad did. People thinking they know whether a vtuber is genuine or not based on watching a few hours of streams is just laughable.

Yeah but my point is that she's not graceful or craft when dicking her idiot coworkers over, it's just her climbing to the next spot as aggressively as possible. There's no possibility she's capable of more than the most basic of deceptions.

You're applying meaningless adjectives to the most simple of actions. She quit her job and moved to a different one. Wasn't graceful, wasn't aggressive, wasn't nothing but a change. Doesn't say a damn thing about her.

There are many job sectors where poaching is normal, and even in some of them it's the only way to raise your salary so I don't blame her.

This also encourages that small vtuber startups need to provide additional extras if they want to keep their people in (good salary, conditions, work environment)

You don’t deduce it by their actions, you deduce it by their demeanor. I don’t kill people because I have nothing to gain from it and no reason to do it. It’s not that someone is a “good person”, it’s that they’ve never had to be anything else.

So you're saying that for a startup to survive, they have to offer benefits that are better than the top company in the industry? Doesn't that inevitably lead to either an industry run only by those who are wealthy enough to buy their way to the top with little regard for the product they put out, or a monopoly by the 2-3 established brands with no room for anyone else?

>> No.9536274

Tsunderia isn't an objectively bad place to be. They're the most respected startup in the EN community. They just have the least amount of capital and are still years away from coming to close to contending with any previously established company

>> No.9536367

hololive doesn't provide a hefty salary but it's something. Why should the chuuba carry the burden of expenses? They're already paying for computer, microphone, etc before even auditioning, models if they're a precious indie, etc. Then it's weeks or months of time before they even see any money

>> No.9536540

>>9536367
Hololive doesn't have to provide a hefty salary because they can guarantee that the amount made in SCs will be bigger than any other company can dream of offering, even after YouTube and Cover take their cuts. Their brand is worth way more than any startup or Nijisanji salary

>> No.9536574

Do you think the talent should sacrifice their career and turn down a better deal that will help them develop further and reach a greater audience for the sake of the people that sign their paycheques?
Not everyone is going to make it into a major corp, and agencies like Tsunderia offer them their own spot in the industry, but it's twisted and selfish to try and keep talents down when they get their invitation to the big stage. Anyone would deeply regret turning down an offer like what Rosemi got to stick around the little leagues.

No, I'm saying it's at least a base for something and that more companies should offer it. I don't think cover needs to provide a huge chunk but at least something is good, especially when girls are new and income isn't running in for startups

Rosemi leaving wasnt the problem, it was the way she treated her stint at Tsunderia that made people wary of her. She abused their good will by streaming on her indie account more than her Tsunderia one, she never said much good things about her genmates or did anything significant with them. She just left as quickly as she entered and then proceeded to ignore them.

I used to watch her back during indie days and have no issues with her graduating and leaving tsunderia, in the end she's producing the same content I enjoy and seems in way better place, that's more important to me than being loyal to company that could dump you or shut down anytime.
