They're senpai now, and acting the role. They aren't the little guys anymore, they aren't the ones new to this and looking up to everyone all the time. Now a new gen is here and looking up to them, and that's boosting their confidence and making them realize "Hey, I'm actually good at this."

In the past couple of weeks she's actually used her twitter to comment on a Lamy post, she's been visiting the JP Minecraft server and actively leaving messages around for other Holos and has made an effort to reach out to Council and is giving the finger to management to interact with them.

I have no idea what changed. I doubt it's new contracts because there's not a chance their contracts wouldn't be renewed, and I also doubt that any new contract is that much more favorable to them considering women are incapable of negotiating

I imagine it would be super stressful knowing your agent could come back with a fucked up contract, and when it concludes favorably because the negotiator knows what they're doing it's probably a huge weight off.
