hello timeloop. she won't get rid of the mixer since, well she mixes all her audio sources with that and it has her vocal effects like reverb etc.
she just needs to fix her settings. less gain and adjust compressor. what helped a few streams ago was when she leaned back in her chair for a bit. the mic was further away, less incoming loudness, less peaks, less distortion, more pleasant sound.
unfortunately she still has the 'everything always loud = good' mindset. perhaps comments praising the blue yeti get her to reconfigure her setup. or she finds a way to fuck up the yeti too

If you are counting the German way you actually do start with your thumb for 1 and the thumb and index finger for 2.

1.) on a doctor's appointment, doctors should be the ones asking and stories would be irrelevant because a laboratory exam would do that for you. Piss, blood and x-ray.


2.) The pain on Kiara's neck and headache would possibly be high blood pressure. The worst case would probably be osteoporosis and diabetes because of high sugar intake.

3.) Sirdalud is not dangerous as what Kiara is trying to make of it. It's a short acting muscle relaxer, you can even take 2mg, 3 times a day. Usually prescribe to workers.

I lived 3 years with regular immobilizing, excruciating pain, without a clue what it might be because multiple doctors didn't have the idea to test the right thing.
Only after my mother remembered that her grandfather had gout and after I suggested to a doctor to check for it did I finally know why I had so many sleepless nights.
And only then could I actually do something about it.

Modern medicine is without a doubt great, but that doesn't mean that healthcare as a service is pleasant.
Kiara feeling neglected/ignored because the doctor wouldn't even let her finish telling him her problems is totally justified.
Patients feeling dehumanized by healthcare workers is a big issue with real consequences and not just people having their feelings hurt.
