Welcome to VShojo+! A thread to discuss VShojo, and any vtubers frequently associated with them.

The past few days have been a whirlwind, and yesterday's hopeful return to normalcy yesterday slipped out of grasp thanks to extremely unfortunate timing. Though it made for a slow day it's important to remember that streamers are people too and likely appreciated the extra time to themselves to work through what was probably a lot of things. And though the stream has vanished into the ether there was at least one to fill out an otherwise silent day yesterday. Tempting as it is to sit around, mope, and eulogize what we've lost, there were also a few eye-opening discussions that make it easier to move forward.

Hopefully the next thread will bring us the return of normal-length summaries as there will have been actual streams to talk about. There are a few notable streams to look forward to today. Hopefully Vei returns after her adventures of keyboard destruction, Mouse plans on streaming tonight with another episode of Speak of the Devil, and Silver moved her Alice plans from yesterday to today. A day that should be plenty stacked, while we hopefully get that drinking stream Froot tomorrow that Froot proposed a couple days back. Maybe getting blasted on alcohol will bring about a sense of closure. Maybe it'll just be fun to get drunk with friends you'd already dedicated the next year and a half's worth of Fridays to. Maybe it'll be forgotten and won't happen at all!

We're at the edge of a cliff right now, as a few individuals with power beyond our understanding can throw the thread into chaos all over again. What's important is that you put in effort during these turbulent times and try to keep the thread comfy. Ignore bait, say no to tribalism, and be excellent to each other.

Nyan's presumably on break, but yesterday she described it as a mini break so maybe it won't be a full week. Froot is a mystery, but will hopefully do that drinking stream mentioned tomorrow. Hime is in the shop getting repairs.

I know it's mostly passed by now Until it inevitably flares up again but it is nice reading all the messages of support for the girls in the vent channel at the former DND server. Plenty of people wanting to see them play again, hoping the experience hasn't tainted tabletop games for them, and empathy for what is now recognizable as bullying Nyan and not really doing anything with Froot after 8 episodes even though she was arguably the most enthusiastic from the first episode.

Jesus I still can’t get over how low Nyan’s resting heart rate is. Bunny’s seems to hover around 90 when she’s relaxed — and I am NOT trying to shame bun for not being in shape. Since she was stepped away presumably cleaning herself up it actually triggered yet another ending that only happens if you stand in place in the intro for like 2 minutes without moving.
