Look at the artstyle of the hair and look at the outlines, two different styles going on, kinda "realistic" artstyle that doesn't lend it self to L2D animation, and the rigger don't do anything special to deal with any of that.

mostly just her contrast in design to the other hololive characters. She looks less "anime" than the rest of them. Kind of like a deviantart character, as mentioned. I'm just not sure why they decided "yupp this one is gonna be different looking"

Her face is kind of too wide for that body and looks out of place hence the shrek comparisons. Besides that the pimple nose is a thing but also the eyes just look odd, the bangs are semi-transparent but that somehow makes them just look greasy becaseut eh larger red one is solid.

Skin tone was also really weird/unnatural looking but has been addressed which is actually neat to see. Too bad the other stuff is probably extremely hard to touch up without just going into a new outfit which is a chance to redo other things. See Flare and her face going from gecko to cute; she won't ever use her original outfit anymore if she has her way. They also used a new outfit to de-Chinese-ify Nene. So eventually that'll be a shot to improve Irys' model but who knows when that'll be.

Well perhaps you should check some old AZKi designs and how they stand out with the rest... Of course you might argue INNK was a seperate thing at the time and EN Vsinger does seem to operate differently but still it's not so weird for her to stand out.

She looks weird in static images, but the rig itself is superior to most other rigs in the game so she actually looks more natural when actually streaming because she's not staring blankly while smiling 99% of the time.
