I'm glad you never had an allergy. They are a pain in the ass. You never know what causes them if you don't have a confirmed diagnosis and even if you do know what causes them, it's hard to avoid them all the time.
It's not as easy as saying "just don't eat that 4head" (btw we don't even know if it has anything to do with food). Even people who have lived their whole life with a confirmed allergy end up in emergency rooms with anaphylactic shock every once in a while.

I'm actually starting to concenfag about her health, I don't remember the last time she was in good health for an extended period of time.
I also fully trust her when she says she didn't eat anything with gluten (that she remembers) recently. You might say a lot of things about Ame, but she's honest to the point of antis using her honesty as a vulnerability.
Allergy tests take a while to diagnosis, so we'll be in this uncertain ride for at least a few more weeks.
Whatever the fuck is going on with her body I hope it doesn't affect her life that much. I guess yeast allergy would be the worst case scenario since yeast is everywhere, but its probably something else.
