I don't think anyone's made definitive statements about her quality as a chuba as that's not really possible, but I think a lot of people feel that she could have been great just like many of her peers are, and I think that's a valid belief. A reasonable assumption is that HoloJP chubas will have high power levels just based on their selection history. It's not like they're coming out of nowhere and we can't assume anything about them.
And there's more to it than that, it's also the fact that we lost something that could have been because of dumb shit and schizos. That's frustrating and it's understandable that people would be upset about it as they should be. The issue is she is successful as an indie arguably one of the most successful true indies at the moment. Her private streams are well into the hundreds and her publics streams have outright beat holos though it is acknowledged that there is novelty to her public streams. Even then she has hyper dedicated gachikoi so she will always pull in good SC numbers.

She was doing really good from June-July the issue is that an avalanche of issue crashed down (copyright issue with original song, merch gacha didn't work as she planned, had to delete a ton of her videos due too potential DMCA, Covid Vaccine, overlooking herself before she hired her manager, her period which is happening as we speak) on her at the same time as the Gen 5 one year anniversary and all the stress that was on her during her 2 weeks of hell.

Things to note she HAS improved a lot. She recognized she was going too have a break down and took the proper measures. Now her fans did recently cause her an issue because they kept asking people she knew going so far as to dig up old doxxes because she went silent and they thought she was dead but even that lead to her finally giving daily updates to her discord fans. She is improving but it is slow which considering how deep her shit was I am talking years that is to be expected.

I just pray this is the last big one.

I think it has to do with Coco having a proper graduation and farewell. It's hard to call Aloe's incident an actual graduation since no one really respects it, not even Delta herself with how much she says she regrets the decision. It's just Cover's way of glossing over issue officially. 5th Gen can still talk about Aloe and like fanart of her, and Coco/Haato can show memes referencing her.
