But its not less work, they are doing shit all the time. Designing/Organizing schedules, preparing for streams, streaming, doing sponsorship stuff, coordinating with genmates for events etc. Most people dont do something work related every single day for months/years on end.

It is less work, most of that doesn't happen every day, and some of it doesn't take many hours. Most days they just jump into a game and play for a few hours, and that's it.

Yes we absolutely do. if you're nice we wont but, if you're cringe or weird you're getting made fun of. I was a waiter and always nice to my customers. I made jokes and acted like a clown to get more tips. It worked because I always got a giant tip at the end.


Once had someone leave me $100 on a $63 meal. All because I sat with them and talked and made them feel important.

At least a few probably have an entitled mentality where they believe critics are trash simply because they how hard they work trying to entertain people while sitting around playing video games all day. Because getting paid to be a woman who plays video games a few hours each day on average is hard work, you know.

Others make fun of people who do manual labor (ur janitors) because they know how good they have it and feel job shame in flexing their privilege upon the lowly manual laborers.

I'd wager some also resent having to pretend to be humble when all they really want is to just be arrogant and condescending without any consequences, all without realizing that the consequences for mistreating others are the difference between them vtubing versus being traded as sex slaves.
