If you look into the data, Hal peaked at 21k but that was only because Kuzuha didn't start his stream yet and everyone left Hal after he did. He was averaging around 9-10k for the stream. Kuzuha was averaging around 20-22k for most the stream since they died a lot after peaking at 26k once.

1) she was CLEARLY not enjoying herself, specially in the last leg of the attempt. That made her regular audience HATE the game because it was making her suffer instead of have fun
