I wouldn't expect it any time soon, at least a half year out at minimum since first Kronii's internal embargo needs to be lifted and then you to actually get Hololive to allow collabs which is probably going to take even longer.

Even if someone managed to convince them to try it for free or with the subscription service it could be worth it. I think it’s partly better than CK3 for that reason but it does have the caveat half the map is unplayable without DLC/subscription. But it would be free if they dropped it were they to start with CK2. I don’t know about any other Paradox games desu.
Frustratingly the only game series I like that chuubas play regularly is Monster Hunter (I started with Tri) with my other favourite games of

HOI4 is probably the easiest to pick up, relatively speaking, but there's no way any Holomem would play that considering it's WW2 themed and some political aspects of it still resonate nowadays (Japanese invasion of China, for example). EU4 is not too hard, but lacks most of the RP aspect of CK2/3, so it would probably be a little boring. Especially since playing at a higher level requires a bunch of pausing and movement micro. And Vicky 2 is just too autistic for them.

Stellaris has come to mind before, and that could work, probably. It's not actual grand strategy and it's fairly easier to get into. Multiplayer is actually really fun as well.
With HOI4 the industry and supply system is fairly easy, you just need to learn to manage armies/frontlines, learn division templates that work and probably the hardest bit, how to naval combat. Against the AI it's nothing too hard, only the MP meta is autistic to an extreme. I'd rather EU4 as the hardest of the 3 since you actually have to keep track of developing your provinces and economy constantly.
