I can only think of Aqua and Okayu. I don't even consider Botan being good at video games. Maybe Fubuki is good, I don't watch her enough to tell, but definitely not half of Hololive are good

Being able to understand game mechanics quickly. Most of them played Among Us for months and still didn't know you could open doors on some map. Botan couldn't figure out driving near the corner and collecting coins on Mario Kart.
Add to that, all of them play story games on fucking EASY. Like couldn't you for once try to challenge yourself a bit.

Many Holos are good at certain types of games and can fail at others. Okayu is fucking bricks dumb when it comes to puzzles but she kills it in platformers. On the other side, Flare is ass garbage at shooters but decent in action games. If you want someone who CAN be good at everything given that they play the game for a few hours, Suisei is up there as well as Ayame, Subaru, Botan, Aqua, Luna, and Lamy.

Aqua, Fubuki, Okayu, Marine is also good in specific games she's actually interested in, Suisei is decent if she tries, Flare is decent, Kanata is a git gud gamer so I would count her, Kronii is a smart gamer, Fauna seems to be decent as well, Botan is a good FPS gamer, Towa is fine, Luna is good as well, Pekora is good too, Ayame is good

Aqua: Overall good
Botan: Overall good
Okayu: Overall good
Fubuki: Overall good except Apex
Ayame: I rarely watch her so I dont know her Apex skills, but her decision making in Among Us and Project Winter is on par with Botan.
Pekora: I'm not sure if good is a correct term but her insane luck often carried her in some games
Marine: Probably schmups since she used to play Touhou a lot, cleared Sans in just 22 tries when the other girls takes over a hundred
Suisei: Tetris, Mario Kart, rhytmh games and werewolf type games. Has a global ranking of four in Clubhouse 51 in that ball puzzle game
Gura: Rhymth games. I dont watch her much
Honorable mentions: Rushia is among the best Pokemon player among Holos, but literally suck at everything else. Roboco too is good at Pokemon, dont know about her Apex skills.
