Welcome to VShojo+! A thread to discuss VShojo, and any vtubers frequently associated with them.

Unfortunately it seems like a lot of the news over the past day is of the less-than-positive kind. Not the kind to worry yourself over, just some last-minute unexpected changes in scheduling. The first and most abrupt is that tonight's planned episode of Speak of the Devil with AiCandii has been delayed for a couple of weeks. Mouse getting sick last week was a bit of a problem in more ways than expected and some unexplained work that she fell behind on is the reason for it. We don't know what said work is but it's gotta be important if it's affecting her plans so hopefully we'll find out! To compensate, it seems like there's a planned collaboration with Melody in store which is nice to see as the pair are always excellent collaboration partners. Also relevant to the immediate future is what looks like it could be a cancellation of tomorrow's DND session looming overhead. While not yet confirmed, there are real life issues plaguing Mr. Dad, and unless they are resolved today it's seeming inevitable.

All that being said, last night still brought us some really great streams. Snuffy finally got around to playing Donut County, and she absolutely adored every minute of it. Many jokes about having holes ready were made and the game was so short she actually completed it across a single stream. Mouse and Nyan collabed in Little Hope and knocked it out of the park as expected. Silver provided some great chill vibes as she played A Short Hike and made her way up a mountain. And most unique of all, Mel's surprise late stream last night brought on special guest Masayoshi Son, the CEO of Softbank to talk about his vision for the next 30 years of the company. VShojo is moving up in the corporate world and we have our Melly to thank for that!

So while the surprise cancellations may put a wrench in any plans that may have already been made there's little than can be done about it. Let's just hope that all of these problems can be resolved without any notable issues and with everyone still in one piece! In these uncertain times it's helpful to keep the thread sane and comfy by ignoring bait, and being excellent to each other.

Mel - Still no schedule, but she tweeted that she has a collab today with ItsCreepP. No idea who that is but I'm guessing this might be what she was so excited about last night.

I think they'd have to "debut them" before the deadline to make it not seem that way. Though there's only a small number of folks where people would call bullshit on should they get in post deadline (Snuffy, Haruka, Anny, etc.). Though those girls do have a circle of people outside vshojo interactions that are probably also talented enough. However are comparatively small to bring up to the majors without crashing and burning. Techie, Buffpup, etc.
