That leaves the only 2 who have actual reasons for quitting, which are purely career decisions. Honestly if there was one more likely than the others, it would be Kiara. She has the most passion out of all of them for the brand, however she also has the most antis going after her and has shown before to take the criticism to heart. I think which EN makes the most for Cover is a very close run thing between Gura and Mori.
