Font will be a little hard to read on those billboards, probably should some straight text like all the other billboards. For background/idea, you could do the Lamy pillow and have text over her. For the current one you have, something soft white-blue, like the team color for the team should work, but the font needs changing.

Use cfeff9 as the background blue, it's white with blue tinge and can work well as background, it's the secondary color of the team.

For font, anything that is easily legible is probably good, it doesn't have to be straight-laced font, but something that you would be able to read at distnace. So it should be easy to read at a distance >>8595691 looks really good at a distance for example. You also don't have to use the pillows if it's hard to read, just walk away from your monitor and see how good it looks at a distance/zoom out.
You probably could find higher rez versions of the photos if you need

Went with that but now come the problem of Font on the Text is well it tends to look kinda ass on the pillow Lamy annoyingly enough.

I also work with the image at the 512x96 due to worries of using paint.net's resize breaking shit if I worked at higher resolutions.

Overall background color, as it's basically white. You don't have to use the pillow, it was just a suggestion for a different one, not the one you were already making/made.
Again for font, simplicity looks best.
