Silver feels incredibly fake and tryhard to me, like she's just shamelessly cashing in on a trend with muh big booba archaic stripper aesthetic. Most normalfag Vshojo by far, nothing about her is fun or interesting in any way. Hime is almost as bad for most of the same reasons, but at least she actually reads manga/doujins and her personality isn't as bland.

I've finally gotten around to watching all of them. The only ones that don't belong are Hime and Zen. Hime is forced and doesn't take content creation seriously at all. Her only talent is being a woman and her humor relies on the same hamfisted schtick her other channel does. Zen can't perform on the same level as any streamer because it's typing responses. How anyone can form an attachment to a robot voice and delayed reactions is beyond me. The rest of them are funny, have some talent, or are at least capable of holding a conversation.

Zen does plenty of real time reactions with body movements and facial expressions. The chat usually cooperates with her and gives her time but sometimes their "pizza time" cheers get backlogged and it becomes a mess. And sometimes they play along so well you can just see Zen laughing her ass off.

Now, don't get me wrong, it might be better with real time voice reactions, but since none of us knows what Zen actually sounds like we can't say that. If Zen is a guy it isn't funny at all no matter what he says. Also, I think Zen and her chat have reached a peak synergy that makes watching her streams a lot of fun with audience participation. Even if you don't ever do any of the bit cheers or noises and aren't a subscriber you can still have fun with all their internal memes and traditions. I think Zen has one of the most hype stream start sequences and her chat really gets up for it. It always begins with some DMCA free song with just the logo and chat on screen then when the stream is starting it cuts to https://youtu.be/A8pOVirjGF0 with her intro video then the THX promo thing but with Zen's face going from AHH to super AAH and then the stream starts. Throughout all of this, the chat is spamming emotes including the popular hyperheadbang and snomDance and other things to get themselves pumped then the ZentreAAH and ZentreSuperAAH during the THX thing. Basically, they have their culture and they all love it. Zen creates an environment where the chat is part of the show, unlike a lot of streamers where the chat is just a viewer and sometimes annoyance. By letting them be part of the fun she cultivates an experience for people participating or watching.

As I always say, taste is subjective. If that isn't for you it is perfectly understood! Zen's followers love it and feed off it and while that does make it somewhat hard for newfags to join in, after a bit of lurking anybody can "get it" and either stick around or go find something else. There's never any hard feelings about it.

It's hard for anybody to do collabs with Froot since she's active on Bri'ish local time (Lancaster I think) which is, what, 8 hours ahead? Zen is often on in the early hours so they can get collabs in. Nyanners is often on early, too, so I don't know why she and Froot haven't done much. The rest, however, are all primarily evening / late evening streamers where it would be the middle of the night for Froot. So collabing is kind of hard for her to work with the other girls schedules. Hime is another problem entirely being 17 hours ahead in Japan, however Connor (CDawgVA) has been doing collabs with Mousey so they can make it work.

She also is the coziest game player. She has an appreciation for things about a game other streamers don't care to mention. Other people speed run and get gud but she takes her time to explore, enjoy the lore, and remark on the aesthetics, giving a lot of praise to the artists who put in their time to make things like backgrounds, scenery, and whatnot. She just really appreciates games and has a lot of fun. I liked watching her play Little Nightmares 2 recently when the player and other kid (no spoilers) manage to fend off a rampaging hillbilly monster with a shotgun, she was into the minor victory! She's usually the straight-man to the other VShojo's, too, and to be fair even without TTS delays it is very hard to keep up with Mousey, Mel, Nyanners, SIlver, Vei, Snuffy, and Bunny when they get going. It's probably why she does so well with Froot, who is relatively soft spoken and chill.

Zen was pretty overwhelmed on that episode of Lewdcast, but when the dragon has agency beyond speech, it can be more cruel and disruptive than any of the girls would are be to each other, outside of the occasional prank. I vaguely remember Zen flooding whole kitchens with bread to the point where none of the girls could pick anything else up, as they in turn strategized how to deal with it.

Though I noticed on Raft, Zen opted for repeated suicidal sacrifice for the greater good instead. Not sure if the operator was tired, or if there was just no easy way to play Loki.

Zen and Froot make for a great team because of Zen's limitations. Froot always seemed to me like she's a bit too nice and doesn't like talking over others. In bigger group collabs she would tend to get lost in the chaos of everyone talking over each other but the delay in TTS means she's rarely in danger of speaking over Zen and I think their collabs have helped her come out of her shell a bit.

As others have said a big part of it is Zen's proficiency with physical humor, personality, and antagonistic relationship with chat. The delay in TTS also typically means she and chat are moving at a very similar speed so they play off each other wonderfully. Beyond the avatars themselves. Ironmouse, Melody, and Silver are the exact girls you see on the screen. Mousey becuase she's a bubble girl who doesn't get to have a real self, and Melody becuase she's too dumb to fake it. But Silver, she is every bit the horny thot she plays, and if she's not then she's a goddamn acting genius since she's never dropped character the way Froot, Hime, and Nyanners do all the time.
