I think Shigu is a bit more in on things she is at the very least in the fanbox since she gets stream links and shows up to unlisted streams. Though even Ruki was kind of surprised in the 21st stream at Delta's situation so who knows who much she knows. I can't remember but I feel like Shigu was in the stream chat on the 21st though that is purely based on my bad memory.

We'll see. Though how many people design a character for and stream with a person they have known for 5 years and they aren't more then just a fan. It sounds like the usual Delta autism and they are friends Delta just hasn't realized it yet... again I'm on the outside so who really knows.
