The facial proportions are wonky, basically she's not "cute" enough. Irys has the same problem with the additional shit hairstyle and all-over-the-place hair and costume. Its the white gloves on her basic profile picture. The way the gloves kind of blend in with the rest of her color scheme make the entire design seem a bit awkward. If the gloves were a different color and made her arms stand out more nobody would have an issue.

I can tell you from experience, brown and big isn't the most popular choice for JP viewers. Her design is really beautiful to me, and looks fantastic on stream, fits her personality, and has some of the best fanart so far. She's filling a niche in more ways then one and I'm okay with that.

A few thoughts:
Gloves are too similar a color to her hair. When looking at her face, her arms almost seem to disappear because they blend into her hair so easily.
Her eyes are weird. Except for when they're fully open, they look like they slant upwards towards the middle of her face, downwards towards the sides. It gives her a weird, expression, like she's perpetually sad.
That thing around her waist/hips looks a bit weird geometrically with the way it's not actually connected to her body, instead just kinda hovering around it. Also, it covers her curves. She would look way better without it.

I would rather she lost the mosquito coil and the dango with the weird creatures on them. I was honestly very disappointed the mosquito coil is there because lore. They'd need to be replaced with something else, but other than that her design seems fine to me. Maybe changing the colours of her clothes and hair could make it work a bit better, but the really jarring parts of the design are just those headpieces in my opinion.
