Krimbo and a few others have taken a notice, she got a follow from Iron Mouse on Twitter (possibly due to her musical skills?) and i know Iron Mouse genuinely likes and watches a lot of smaller vtubers despite being her size. Her hard work is being noticed, people are just able to show that appreciation better on Twitch since it's most chuuba's main platform.

JP meta is to lurk the as much as possible until you're forced into fights. Which is what you expect from Battle Royales honestly, and it makes the game as much of a drag as you could imagine.

I think Astel is the only one I'd choose to watch, but now in this tourney he's getting shit on because his playstyle is too distinct and everyone knows he's the #1 Kill on Sight target.

Of all BRs, the only one that ever seemed watchable was CoD Warzone if only for the win-duel-to-revive mechanic and the trucks.

I just don't get the hate with trend followers, it's just a matter of which trends you follow. All the people doing anything remotely creative are already bigger because they've been able to do something unique that's actually interesting, "yoink and twist" existing popular ideas into derivatives that interest people enough to check out, they're early adopters, or they follow trends and put out steady content.

tiktok has helped numerous people grow, most recently Shiki from Prism. You should be putting short form content everywhere anyway, there's no reason to not put it on Tiktok as well as Twitter and Youtube Shorts
