The ones doing it but still not making a livable wage off of it. I'm sure there's some that are like "any day I'll be able to make this a real job" and want to die, but there's plenty out there that just love content creation.
Within Hololive/Nijisanji, Low SC earners that still stream more than the 3 times a week that those companies mandate. I would say those are the ones that definitely enjoy streaming.

>>825504
>Once something you enjoy doing becomes a job the fun factor leaves.
It defintely can, if you let yourself get burnt out grinding your passions as a job. I won't claim that anybody that happens to is weak or less than normal. However, it's entirely possible to achieve actual work/rest balance and still enjoy your job for literal years.

Of course I'm sure there are days when they're having a real shit day and have to turn on the stream and pretend to be having tons of fun, or frustrations with management that weren't there when they were small indies, or particularly bad cases of tard-wrangling in chat ruining their day, but most of them are obviously into it.

Unless you know what to look for and how women speak.
Voice training a male voice into a female sounding one has several different parts, including larynx position, pitch/octave, mix and compression, and intonation. One of the biggest obstacles for men doing female voices is the intonation. Male voices are really monotone in the flow of their words, and women are the opposite. This is obvious with Artemis. Then there's compression. You can hear how nasally Artemis's voice is; that's because he's struggling to have his larynx raised enough to have the frequencies in a female range. The strain is breaking through and going up the nasal pipe.
I could go on about why tranny voices sound like they do. It's also why it's hard to find convincing traptubers. Voice acting follows ALL the same conventions, because that's what voice training is.

I don't know why any of them wouldn't enjoy it. Vtubing for an agency is now officially the best job you can have in the modern age.

>earn decent amount of money
>essentially a simpler form of video game streaming, which was already one of the easiest jobs possible
>don't even have to show your face and worry about looks or proper expression
>3 streams a week, any number of them could basically be "talk to your chat for 2 hours"

Providing you have the skillset. I really can't think of a low endevour-high return profession which would be better.

>> No.847314

>>845415
No I legit enjoy her content and did so well before I found out about her condition. Saying Mousey is not unique or special outside of her condition makes me question whether you've actually watched her. However, to answer your question anyway, I love her singing, I love her sense of humor, the way she uses her avatar as much as possible to try to express herself, when she laughs so long and so hard she has to hit the desk to try to regain focus but all she does is end up moving her mouse around and you can see the cursor go flying or in VRChat her character shifting every time she does it. Like in here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEG4ur_zKjA

or here:

https://youtu.be/qOn4SDg0G7k

Her laughter always feels genuine to me, and there might be some part of that which requires the context of her condition to appreciate, yes. But because of that, you also never feel like she's fake, which is what a lot of antis accuse her and other VShojo of. Mousey isn't fake at all, she's very real on everything she does, says, and thinks, and her love for her chat stems from that as well. So, yeah, there is a large part of the love she gives that you receive that you have to have an understanding for with how her life is, and that can make a stronger attraction or feeling of unity with her. I won't lie about that. I just think that she does produce a lot of highly entertaining content regardless of those thoughts.

Now, one of the other criticisms popularly thrown around against Vshojo is the overuse of sex jokes and humor and, well, no that's pretty much Mousey. She loves that shit and has no filter. It isn't the only thing she does, but she does do it, so if that turns you off you won't like her at all. Then there are those moments she gets in her head some crazy stupid idea or thought and she just has to talk about it no matter how stupid or insane it sounds. She also always has a lot of fun with her friends:

Mousey fan here. The thing is, she doesn't want you to feel bad for her about her life conditions. She just wants to be treated normally, which is why she actually appreciates when people question her health as faked or hate on her like they would any other vtuber, because to her, in a bizarre way, that's a kind of normal treatment. So, don't let her medical conditions hold you back, rip on her if you want, it'll make her happy in a way.

You can tell who actually likes streaming due to how often and how long they stream.

If they are only streaming 3 times a week for 1 hour each...... they hate it.

If they are streaming 5+ times a week, doing unannounced streams, doing at least 4+ hours a stream, and not just catering to chat... then they love their job.
