Because Holo EN collabed with ID a few times, and ID are all glorified EN under the informal hologlobal brand. English speaking JPs like Coco and Haachama popularized hololive in the west, so they were a well known commodity from the start.

NIJI ID is a grab bag of bilinguals and monolinguals with no linguistic consistency. They're also not heavily involved with EN. There's also the Koreans who speak English. Niji's English offerings are all over the place and disorganized, and that lack of structure results in lack of integration into a wider more easily discoverable umbrella brand for EN chubas.

There's also no dedicated Nijisanji Global thread focusing on all their English speaking chubas rather than just the formal EN gens. Personally, I think en general should just list all the eigos and group them by branch in order to make them all easily discoverable. After all, language based threads make more sense than branch based threads when dealing with bilinguals.

Hololive ID is like holoen majority of there fanbase is from holoen. But niji ID is niji ID (except hana) majority of them have local audience. I really like them a lot and love the relationship they have with each other but can't watch them all because I don't understand Indonesian. There are some words which are similar to my language but then also I understand japanese more then indo. But hey atleast they have their own dedicated fanbase who likes them very much and have so many fan projects and all. I really hope niji en also get there own fanbase because I am tired of seeing hololive memes and references in the chat.
