Westerners who simp for Vtubers aren't necessarily going to have good school memories or like schoolgirls the same way an easterner who grew up in a culture where women were expected to know their place would.

As a general stereotype: Easterners are more likely to have run trains on their schoolgirls because based patriarchal culture not only looked the other way but also participated in said train. tldr The reason chubas have to pander so hard in the west is because their audiences can't get away with fucking them in a back alley. The difference has to be made up in pure entertainment value or pekora-tier numberfagging, which raises the bar so high that it's incredibly difficult to get gachis who're immune to branding and just like the chuba for who they are. This is why there will always be a hard limit on the success of western vtubers, as thottery will only ever go so far. No female vtuber will ever get near the top tier male streamers who dominate the twitch rankings, as they lack the pro gaming skills and charisma to expand beyond simps. The rights women enjoy that keep them from being raped and abused are the same reason weebs will never truly be in awe of them as streamers, because women don't live hard enough lives to be pushed all the way to the absolute peak of excellence.

Imagine being such a weak entertainer that a pacific islander with a much smaller target demographic can still compete with you, an English speaking chuba who's reach spans across the entire globe including into the same chuba's own market. That is the strength of women who've taken over nine thousand asian microdicks and amassed in their brains the seminal greatness of countless samurai. A western harlot whose brain is filled with nigger cum from all the Tyrone's they've fucked will need every advantage they can get, including walls of lore and literal God tier designs, just to avoid being mogged by even Nijisanji's literal who's.
