To clarify, she would get waves of stalkers after law enforcement/legal people dealt with them. Her breaks were due to this. When she'd come back, more letters/stalkers would show up to her house. To her, the best plan of action was to stop streaming because she felt she couldn't give good quality streams if she kept having to leave.

The options are either go completely off of the grid and let the stalkers 'win', deal with the worst issues by performing as usual, and/or you could scale back, hoping that the reduction in presence will likewise reduce stalking severity.
