As someone a black dude with a nasty case if rbf, I can sympathize. I kinda mitigated the issue by teaching myself to me really emotive with my mouths expressions to offset my eyes. It wasn't perfect and was a pain in the ass at the start, but I don't look as much like a statue these days.
