Kind of surprised Tsunderia is so dead, it's rare for any of them to have >100 viewers at a time and it's been over a year since they started.

Kana was probably overall neither net buff or debuff for the group because of her antisocial nature. Right now yuuna is their heavy hitter in both numbers and booba. They don't want to tell their streamers what to do, opting instead to let them loose and just sort of be there when they run into problems. The only 2 talents that have a chance of making it are yuuna and kalin. And I honestly don't see yuuna staying a vtuber, I'm constantly waiting for her to do face reveals with how she acts.
And kalin got the ugliest model outside of Orla. Even her 2.0 looks retarded. But even at her best she's just an average vtuber, nothing impressive enough to get attention.

Overall tsunderia is just extremely unprofessional and while it makes for good insight into vtubing agencies when listening to urara or char talk about tsunderia, it makes for bad content for everything else.
That's the real reason prism is more popular imo, that and shiki+luto being popularity bombs. But even someone like Nia is just a better streamer than basically all of tsunderia, even if her intros are longer than the games she plays. But that aside, they act like pros. It's not about being seiso it's just about being consistent and charismatic and knowing how to properly interact with the public.
