These are the horrible practices we see in large media organizations playing out in Hololive now, and it's disgusting. I always knew that she was a cold hearted monster after she shat on Janitors for merely existing, but it's clear to me now that she deserves to be cancelled for good after revealing her true nature once again. She needs to be Aloe'd NOW, and Cover needs to make a commitment to bettering the working conditions for their staff. 50/50 split on SC also needs to be reconsidered, pushing it to 70/30, if not more in the staff's favor.
