Honestly guys. The reason many people want to join hololive is because of how much money they make. Their agency isn't that good compared to others in the entertainment industry. With how much money they are raking in, I would expect actual idol level of support. Not the shit show I see right now.

Depends. The big major agencies? Most likely though I'd assume some are better than others (Dempagumi has/had members in the group into their 30s so I imagine Dear Stage treats its talent well). The indies can run the gamut from pure shit to fairly good though. Most of the actual money for the girls is made from a cut of their cheki sales for the night which can range from like 30% to as high as a 70% cut but at the same time because of expenses there's really not a lot of money on the indie scene even for the agencies themselves.
