The black stream is an elaborate plan concocted by Elira and Selen/Doki behind the scenes to destroy NijiEN and completely block Anycolor's advancement to the western market. The motive behind it could be anything from simply feeling fed up with inefficient ESL high-school-aged management to being corporate spies sent in by Cover, Vshoujo, IdolCorp or Phase Connect, take your fucking pick. Elira and Doki are still on good terms behind the scenes. None of the bullying by talents was ever true, all of it was kayfabe for the sake of obfuscating the plan, including Enna playing up her psychopathic nature and Millie going full kool-aid connoseur. All of the "bullying" was always management stonewalling of big projects.
Aside from that, there were other plans in motion that proved less effective, such as Luca being a complete sex pest, Uki being racist, and Scarle going into full open rebellion with the "sigh" discord leaks, Kurosanji comment heart, acknowledging terminated talents (Zaion/Sayu), the whole Starbucks debacle, among other things. Whether these plans were independent from each other made by different third parties or were they all made by the same party, remains to be seen.

In handsight, the only stream that should have taken place was Riku's, which should have includding his announcement of stepping aside from the company, that was all that needed to be done.

If we are to have a more honest conversation, it might be that people in the company have a very distorted view of the world.
For example Doki believed herself to be valueless, genuinely undeserving of sponsorship and was hoping to sell 50 pieces of merch on redebut. At the same time everyone who was watching or commenting on Nijisanji pretty much agreed she was gimped by the company and her leaving will hurt Niji more than it will hurt her.
