I've been making YouTube videos for 12 years and streaming for 10 and feel like I have nothing to show for it. This compounding with considering graduation doesnt feel too good. I think this has been the most "successful" I've been and I feel the most disconnected from it. I had a chance back in 2016/2017 but life struggles made it hard at the time. Because you want to show the model in different locations on each scene? If so, just change the source's placement in each scene. It shouldn't affect the other ones. If it does, it might be because you copied the source, and if so, just make a new veadotube source for the other scenes. I don't think you need to have two instances of veadotube open unless you're using two different models.

Hotkeys.
In OBS: File -> Settings - Hotkeys -> filter out: scene -> make hotkeys.
That, or just click on the scene in the scene list to change to it.

You can use your regular music player and separate its audio from the other tracks using a mixer program. My buddy uses https://steelseries.com/gg, seems pretty simple. I use my physical mixer.

Have a filter. Think to yourself "should I say this?" and then decide if you should. How much do you want to share with chat? Some people barely share at all (Ace P.) while others share quite a bit (Daiya). It's up to you what kind of mask you want to wear in front of the viewers.

You'll be a bit stressed at first but you'll be fine later. Clicking the "Go Live" button for the first time is the hardest thing sometimes, but everything should be fine from there. Just say "Fuck it." and press the button.

But if you're talking about the hypothetical dnd scenario, it's easier for woman to be selfish. Pay attention to the dialogue. The female character is being selfish and thinking about self preservation while the male character is thinking about morals and self fulfillment through helping others.
Sure I'm over analyzing a 30 second clip of a tranny playing dnd with the voices in his head but the fact that the woman is having a woman moment only to judge belittle and criticize the man, tells a lot about how trannies perceive the "fairer" sex

Why would you need multiple instances? It has multiple sets you can use for different pngs, if that's what you mean.

Ideally, you'd have hotkeys set up to allow you to easily swap between your PNGtuber stuff. I'm a lazy bastard who hasn't taken time to fiddle with stuff like that much, but you should theoretically be able to use a controller, as long as you can get the keybinds set up somehow.
For your starting soon/brb/whatever screens, you have a variety of options. If you have the skill/money, you can have a video with music that just loops. In my case, I just grabbed a jpeg I liked, slapped a GIF on it to have something moving on screen and used OBS itself to have scrolling text.

I keep a few bits of vidya OST around because that's *usually* free real estate, but you can use YouTube or whatever other service to have music going. Just be wary of getting hit with copyright warnings if you don't manage your audio stuff properly

Oversharing has different thresholds for everyone, but you should be generally fine as long as you aren't letting personal information (names, addresses, etc.) slip. Just talk about whatever is comfortable for you, I guess?
Initial stress is unavoidable. Best cure is gonna be to just get in there and stream, and do your best. Comfort comes with familiarity.
Impostor syndrome... Just make sure to appreciate the fact that people are coming to check you out, yeah? Time is valuable, so if they're coming by repeatedly to watch you, they must see some worth in doing so.

I think that Streamlabs, Streamelements and Twitch itself have options for setting up alerts. I, again, am a lazy bastard and haven't really messed around with alerts myself. Sorry that I can't be more helpful

In general, make sure that you take time to get familiar with the tools you're using here, namely OBS. See what you can make it do, learn how to make and position sources, see if it plays well with anything that you want to capture.

Vedotube or PNGtuber+ are good, but you can literally animate a png in OBS. My rigger won't be done with my live2d for a few months so I set up a couple simple mouth poses and some OBS plugins to set up a PNG that animates on speech (not a complicated motion or anything) and can swap between several outfits, poses, and accessories via stream deck. I don't plan to actually use it until the live2d is done but the process is very doable and doesn't require outside software.
