The ironic thing about vtubers is the only way you can know if they're truly friends and not faking it for the streams is if they're capable of meeting each other without turning it into content on a stream, but you'll never know if they're doing that because they wouldn't talk about it and so you'd have no way of knowing they did it.

Eh, a chuuba gen I've gotten into are playing League regularly with each other in the AM hours of the morning offstream. That says friendship.

>> No.75337237

There are business friends like most vtubers,
there are work friends like in Corpos,
there are real friends like Okayu and Korone,
and then there is OP, completely friendless.

HoloEN must be great friends cause they're hanging out all the time but never fucking stream

>> No.75337442

They can talk about hanging out offstream tho, and many have meaning they are friends.

>> No.75338452

The only real friends are the ones who knew each other before becoming vtubers. No one makes true friends at work.

If you stop talking to someone when you stop working with them, you weren't friends with them in the first place.

I'm not moving the goal posts, I'm clarifying what I meant by "true friend". Work friends aren't real friends.

>>75337442
No, because if they hung out off stream but talk about it onstream, that's turning it into content. It means that the whole time they were hanging out they were thinking about how they were going to tell their chat about this. If it's a real friendship they don't need to talk to chat about it.

This is how I feel when retards get all pissy that doki/mint/sayu dont talk with eachother at all.
Being in the same garbage corpo doesnt automatically mean you were best friends off stream.

A small part of me really wants to imagine gura as some extreme anon-level sperg who really did piss on Ame's bed, and force Ame and the other holos staying at her house to make a late night trip to walmart.
The idea is so funny that it sends my sides into the solar system.
It's probably fake and gura is just a normalfag who plays a really good act, in reality

It's funny how desperate they are to make other people acknowledge Dokibird, Chilla's Art even put her in a game in an attempt to force Mint to say her name.

This. If you actually watch the girls, you'll notice that they'll mention certain colleagues more than the rest, even for non work related stuff. Those are true friends.

>> No.75355352

I'll be honest it has never once occurred to me to fuss over my oshis relationships with others. At least not for personal reasons, if it has to do with her well-being in some concrete and immediate way I might. But my expectation is for my oshi to be at her most open and honest when she is with her fans in the first place, so maybe that'd be why.
