I have treatment resisted depression, not a single fucking pill they've ever tried had any noticeable effect whatsoever. My doctor tried every anti-depressant he could think of and was so exasperated he tried switching to meds for PTSD, BPD, and fucking ADHD. All of which also did NOTHING. Know what does help though? Going to the gym. Not much, mind, but it helps me more than and bottle of pills ever did.

Anon I got them from a doctor and used them for months with no noticeable effect. Google medication resistant depression, it's a real condition. I'm not saying they don't work, in fact I'm jealous of people they do work for, it's just that they do nothing for me. Also before you ask yes I've tried therapy, with 5 different therapists.
