The problem is that there's zero to negative growth among nearly all the current talents. Plus, Niji EN's reputation has been tarnished so heavily, that only truly desperate indies would even consider applying -- meaning the quality of the prospects will be much lower. I don't see a future for them, save a complete restructuring.

For the next year or so it's going to be a test to see to what extent people forget or move on from the drama. Yes you are going to have a core group who never forget, but through a lack of drama and maybe some nice content for fans (Luxiem and Noctyx 3D, more concerts, nice collab/sponsorship opportunities etc.) I think they'll be gaming out the viability of the branch going forward.

There was already a dramatic falloff last year in terms of new debutes, well before the Selen drama. So they can go a while longer without new debutes without questions being raised. The issue is that any prospective talent now knows that they are in for relentless abuse if they choose to join.

I see it as a higher likelyhood that they fail than succeed, because Niji have consistently shown that rather then manage and develop their talents' skills while offering them new opportunities for growth, they much prefer surprise smash successes that they can exploit out of the gate before wrining them dry and tossing them aside.
