I don't speak in English in Japanese or Taiwanese streamers chats either, unless they respond directly to me in English.
It's not that hard to learn some basic communication skills in any language to do shit like cheer someone on in a stream chat.
It's just one of those things sadly. It overwhelms her too much to try language-switch between 3 languages quickly, especially when combined with streaming. It can give you incredible headaches if you do stuff like that without regular practice and most multilingual people don't.
