We're seeing their talents put on a show. But this event also gives the businessmen behind the scenes a reason to network and take advices and notes on their business.
Same way the kids have fun at a birthday party, and the adults bring out the booze when they're all asleep(or in this case, the kids are having a party in the backyard, while the adults booze up at the basement)
Remember that Japanese business are done at the beer table, and papers are signed at the business table.
In this case, they're just sharing tips and connections on how to establish an EN business operation and shit. Sure, VSPO can just wing and copy what worked(HoloEN), but if the guy who made it work is right there, well, it'd be a waste to not pick their brains and maybe, possibly, use their resources to skip the infrastructure building hassle.
