Unfortunately, almost all Japanese clip channels have on-screen hardsubs and don't use built in sub feature, so that's going to be hard to find. As far as FBK specialized channels go, this (https://www.youtube.com/@user-wd3gl3sn2e/videos)) one is probably your best bet. Frequent uploads with on-screen hardsubs and almost two years of past videos to catch up on. I'd say it's not just nips. Most people probably have reservations about going out in their pajamas, no matter how mundane they look.
I put on jeans when going out even though my pajama pants look fine. Given how rare it feels for me to see someone in obvious relax wear, I figure others do the same.
That said if my relax wear was a jersey, I'd be fine going out in that.

I would not consider this a Japanese thing at all, I'd imagine a lot of people in almost every country would look at you strangely if you walked around in your pajamas outside, at work or at your friend's wedding.

I'm pretty sure it's a very loosely defined term. If you google ルームウェア, you mostly find pajama-like clothes but I'm pretty sure short shorts and a t-shirt, sweatpants or a tracksuit would also count. Hell, even Fubuki herself has previously talked about how she only wears nothing but an oversized shirt at home when it's hot during the summer and only ever puts on a skirt below if when the mailman arrives (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OXhMFpf11Q).). I'm sure that also counts as roomwear.
