Hololive doesn't have a dedicated Rust server. They have a yearly Rust season, where they gather together on a server and play for a week or two. Joining a VCR is great. Not only that is a content farm, but there are a lot of eyes on it, and creates a lots of opportunities to grow beyond their community and expand their fanbase - is also a great place for networking. Even for Hololive members, VCR servers did wonders.

Her last 20 EN time streams average around 9k viewers. Her recent JP time streams only look better in average because of the birthday live, otherwise they tend to underperform despite being collabs. Her splatoon collab with flare in February had some of the lowest CCV in her entire hololive career (the only thing I can find recently which did worse was the overwatch hololize thing kek).

This is incorrect. PvP was allowed on the holo rust server, which was the whole problem. She didn't want to accidentally cross unspoken boundaries by killing/raiding and cause drama.
Having rules against PvP solves that problem, but it also makes the game boring and not rust.

If watched the next season Peko just fought NPCs till bored and let her huge fort decay. No more harassing other players. Mori talked often about being ambushed by Gura, but she never showed up.
