Mouth exercises! Routine, not just once a week!
Stretch the mouth open wide, purse the lips tight, get used to moving those muscles in your cheek and jaw. Same with the tongue. Stretches up, down and left and right. NOT fast, just stretch the muscles so they're used to moving.
After doing those there are probably some lines you can repeat that go through a variety of sounds and mouth movements to train certain sounds you might tend to mumble or lisp.
Breathing exercises are another part of it but that's probably better explained via yt video.
