Regular exercise is far more important than you think, it helps a fair amount with sleeping problems, it helps with stress and generally good for your brain health, you have more energy in the long run, prevents your bones from deteriorating. At this point, she's not really healthy, but some exercise could help a lot. For claiming you support her, it really does seem you only don't want for her to get better not even for her own personal good.

Which is why she probably does lots of collabs, a double-edged sword that stunts her growth and generally makes for a better stream. She sucks at making game streams fun because she doesn't banter or make them otherwise enjoyable. And she's bad at most games, so she can't take the route of being skillful and overcoming challenges. March was rough, however April has been good so far, so hopefully that keeps up

I don't think she's bad at games if you're saying she's unskilled, the problem is that she doesn't enjoy challenging herself. If she can learn that it's ok to fail and take her time and learn, she could get so much better. I don't think she realizes, for example, that Biboo is not a god gamer, she also struggles and has to learn, and she was even impressed that she beat that chilla game faster than her.
Now, Chilla games might not be the best example, but it still shows she expects to be worse than others at games while it's not always the case.
