Fuwamoco was always pushing the limits of what they could do and focused hard on encouraging the ruffians to do their best each day, along with weekly pup talks.
Unfortunately they seemed to push too hard and now they're temporarily homeless.

Dokibird's been a bit of an insane story if you don't feel like going through Fuwamoco's vods and want someone actively streaming right now. She's been growing like crazy naturally after the drama buff wore off and she's an incredible workaholic always pushing to find new shit to branch into and make connections with. She doesn't focus as much on pep talks, though.
If you're ok with menheras and want something more parasocial, Sayu's a wonderful story too of triumph through adversity. She's extremely parasocial but less in the GFE way but more that she actually feels like a friend in how ridiculously serious she is at paying attention to chat. She's an extremely fast reader and almost never misses a message in youtube OR twtich chats (since she simulcasts for you to pick whichever one you prefer.) Hell, when she streamed with Filian, she was even watching HER chat too (that 5k zooming monster chat on top of both of hers, so 3 quick chats.) Grey name, superchat, mod, it doesn't matter, she sees them all and if she doesn't respond, it's likely that she chose not to due to already being mid sentence, but she absolutely saw it and internalized it. To make things better, she streams for so long that no matter what your timezone, you can always tune in for however long you want. (7-10 hours minimum, regularly reaches insane times like 15h)
If all you care about is people visibly putting forth effort on stream, I think people really like Biboo and Kaela for their autistic grinding and sheer consistent stream length.

Koragi is very professional, very comfy, very serious about kayfabe, constantly practicing art/singing/guitar, and does high-effort event streams with multiple characters talking to each other. Always streams at least 5 days/week even when pukingly ill. And IIRC this is while holding down a full-time job IRL. She's the oshi of both Walfie/Walfas (the create.swf and Smol Ame guy) and Denchi (the creator of VTube Studio), and has been praised by Kaela of HoloID.

There's a running gag that Koragi unintentionally sabotages her numbers by being so inspiring that anyone who watches her long enough will turn into a VTuber themselves.

For Kaela, playing and streaming is like breathing. It's not like she's gung-ho about pushing her craft, she's just doing what she would be doing anyway but in character.
Very chill and comfy, but not pushing the envelope.
