Not that anon, but counterpoint: Mahjong, LoL, and Apex with guys.
The four horsemen of the apocalypse when it comes to killing the mood. Especially when it comes to the experience of watching an anime girl vtuber play games. Now, if the guy is genuinely good at socializing or is "charming" with his awkwardness, then that throws a new variable into whether a stream will end up fun or not.
Mahjong, LoL, and Apex are the peak of pushing you up at a rapid pace, but hitting you in the leg with a metal spatula when it comes to higher levels. Mahjong, LoL, and Apex all draw the East Asians who are known to take games seriously as their real-life professions give them no joy. Combining that with the facet of strangers with zero cohesiveness creates an environment at best mediocre and at worst the ninth circle of hell.

Please, take my opinion with a grain of salt as these are observations I have made from watching people play these games.
