I think that's what he'd like to be. Apparently his origin story is that jackscepticeye raided him once, which gave him the 16k subs, then of those 16k like 16 stayed. Like I get the idea he's trying for, but youtube isn't any good for it since while he's technically raiding, he's not actually giving any views to the channels since his viewers can see the raided stream from his stream anyway. Even when he first appeared for Rose she was already past 5k before he arrived, but I guess it makes for a nicer story to believe he helped reach that milestone.
