That depends on what Hololive talents consider valid critique. They don't care what unicorns say if they want to collab with Holostars. My guess is that FWMC mostly lurk /baubau/ as a way to find what more batshit crazy stuff is coming up that they're going to have to deal with in the future and also what cloudy feelings the fanbase may have behind the scenes that they wouldn't post otherwise publicly. They avoid a lot of yabs this way.
There have been a number of coincidences where someone complains about someone on /baubau/ and then suddenly FWMC do something that corrects the situation. Just earlier, someone made a comment saying that it has been a long time (a couple weeks) since the last member post. Some anons agreed. Probably not even an hour later, FWMC made a member post. It may be complete bullshit, but I dont know, it sure seems like a number of points connected that make sense.

at the time, twitter complaints were few and far between. youtube comments had pretty much no complaints. the only place shitting on other ruffians constantly, jp-en cuckposting, and causing a lot of the concerns FWMC bring up in vagueposts is /here/. the threads after the move announcement were horrendous. the shitty threads also help explain their neediness more in why they get worried fans will leave them.
