Not always. A detriment like that isn't easily painted over with saying it ousbes her, because it still hinders her from enjoying the spontaneity of karaoke because when she sings, she is in career woman mode, has a hard time turning that off unless someone like her sister is nearby.

She is the type that needs that presence she doesn't think of as the amorphous blob, the audience. Kiara is one of those, her sister is another, FWMC would be another, but the core problem is still there, where we think she is coming to enjoy karaoke, we still see her fall back to panicking over small snafus during it, while others would laugh it off. Thankfully, the more she does it, the more that anxiousness chips away, but she takes setbacks TERRIBLY, that is also a huge problem. Its like 5 steps forward, ten steps back.
