Everyone who has streamed in EU times has gotten horrible results. Shiori has tried it, Nerissa has tried it, hell, Gura has tried it with her RDR stream. Reine and Watame go into EU time all the time and don't get any noticeable audience replenishment, it's like the region doesn't exist. Vesper made his famous declaration of being the one to make EU work and bombed the fuck out. When I saw FWMC try Donkey Kong on their honeymoon period and get 4K CCV I knew the EU dream was fucking over. At that point even if you throw in all the excuses you can get like 'not a consistent EU streamer', 'games not good', 'streamer not EU's cup of tea' - all that is just showing that even if the region was possible to pander to, it's way too much trouble to try to do so.
