People do tend to be flighty as hell in this fandom if you just look in these spaces, super genki when they get immediate gratification constantly, but not really respecting or understanding the talents and their selves despite saying they "love" them. Its why often you get such a disconnect between fans and talents. Truth be told, communication should be open so that these odd misunderstandings don't occur. She obviously has these collaborations set heavily in advance, and if people are gonna go apeshit unless they've got a monthly itinerary because of silly things, they should drop off. The bipolar nature of some fans is just wild.

It does make me wonder how many of these girls get one guy'd in the ocean of praise and say things like this to blow off steam. Not knowing where competitors mix with fans to try to make things seem worse than they are, or actual fan reactions has to be terrifying, but if they ever hope to make it in the entertainment business, being able to parse that well, detox yourself from just blatant douches, and being as openly communicative with your fanbase is the best way to fight that mental darkness creeping up for talent and actual fans alike. Some of them are not flighty. It's been some months of questionable quality and effort on her part, at least on the stream side. We know, or hope it's true, that she has lots of projects, but what we see is the streams. The total impression I get is that the people that complain are dejected, then there's a a set of stream that makes them get their hopes up about an incline on quality, then have their hopes crushed again. I'm not blaming the collab week specifically, mind you, but she could try to stream a bit early to keep in touch with her fanbase.
And she knew the Maldives weren't just vacations, this is not something she sufferered, she willingly went there knowing what Wawa had in store. And even then, Wawa was in charge of most of the things.

My problem and biggest complain, at the end, is that Rissa denies us if her best version. Whether this is unconsciously or not is up to debate, but I blame her fickle nature.

I would say her inconsistency in solo streams shows she doesn't know how to make a good solo stream but sometimes it just happens. For example I wouldn't recommend anyone watch her BG3 playthrough, her Palworld streams, even Poppy's was just her speedrunning through whatever she saw in the guide she used. There were a couple good Stardew streams but if asked I would just recommend someone put them on in the background if anything. I can't even think of any solo gaming streams I would actually recommend to someone to give a good impression of her.
