The first collab of BG3 was the same old script of Rissa silently running off from the group to dick around. Then she streams 100 hours of it on the lowest difficulty so she could just "press x to watch next cutscene" through the entire game. That and the argument for her being sad about Shiori disliking Twilight is bad for two reasons. One you already mentioned, and two, Kiara ripped Naruto to pieces straight up more and Nerissa recovered on that. Okay, now I know you're missing some stuff. With Stardew she was constantly talking about her day, the things she was doing, we got Little Man and Little Lady time, had some back and forth with chat on what to order and having chat influence her to cheat on her admittedly already crappy diet.

Among a lot of other stuff, people liked that stuff, which retained the viewer count all day. With the group BG3, they had a good deal of nice interactions, including the fact Calli kept getting the best Astarion stuff oddly enough, what ended up breaking that up was just the disparity of accomodating the time zone difference.

With her Durge Run, there were innumerable bits that were funny as hell, including her going full chunni for Raphael's part or being absolutely yandere for all the characters (which also strikes out people saying she isn't legitimately bi, with her sobbing every two seconds Karlach seemed to hate her). And of course, people talk about her Astarion crush, but she was always trying to get Gale to stfu about Mystra and chat messing with her about how she treats Gale like a second banana yet strings him along was great.

I don't really feel this is her relying on others. Advent collabs are a weekly things, and the Twilight watchalong was an idea she wanted do to for a long time. Ironmouse must probably is something she has planning for a while now. It's just that everyone is free at this moment and she doesn't want to let the chance go.
I think, however, that the collab fatigue could be treated with a bit of zatsu or game streams before the collabs. Idk, divide the next stardew season in 4 streams and play 3 hrs before a collab.

Secondly, perms for songs that she gets demotivated sifting through what she can sing and what she can't along with confidence with what she knows and doesn't want to be made fun of when singing. Sure, she forgets that anxiety in the moment when she just does it, but its getting there is the issue. Also getting anxious singing in Japanese because she laser focuses on the people who say her pronunciation is bad. The fandom and its autism with their own biases with their favorite Holos like with the IRyS/Nerissa mashup debacle feel like we get one step forward, then 5 steps back with her.

Lastly, she has had professionals tell her not to do frequent karaokes if she wants to keep her voice, so its hard to dissuade her from what she has been told. Doesn't help that she also sees and hears throat nodules forming with her colleagues who are doing frequent karaokes.

Needless to say, she is an extremely anxious and cautious person, has nothing to do with hating her fanbase and more what is percolating in that head of hers. Its gonna take time is all that can be said.
