Yeah, it is a bit unfortunate that they don't really have someone they can call on for more professional-looking assets, etc. Shinri has done a few streams drawing his own assets, but he is also very much a beginner and he doesn't have much confidence about it. It's a bit of a shame since his style is very cute.

Long story short, Flay was a little weird but had a lot of ambition at the start, but as time went on, (and most likely due to a identity crisis last summer), his content started to stagnate and become repetitive, his on-stream persona started to exaggerate/emphasize his worst traits, and he started to scare a lot of fans off to focus on a small pool of yes-man members who don't encourage him to do anything.
